Rias Baixas DO

The Albariño grape is grown in the Rias Baixas region of Galicia, which is snuggled between Portugal and France on the rugged and beautiful Atlantic shores. Martin Codax is the name given to this white wine by the group of small producers who together make wine in the Bodegas Martin Codax. Albariño wines have floral overtones and are typified by the peach or melon aromas that are always present. A flinty, dry white that goes well with salads or seafood or can be drunk as an aperitif.
